The project of blocking separatist and Russian TV and radio broadcasting in the combat zone is ready to be implemented, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov told the meeting of the National Cybersecurity Coordination Center, the NSDC press service reported.
