Russia-led forces on July 8 mounted 17 attacks on Ukrainian army positions in Donbas, eastern Ukraine.
“Proscribed weapons – 122mm artillery systems, 120mm and 82mm mortars – were used in seven instances,” the press center of Ukraine’s Joint Forces Operation (JFO) Headquarters said in an update posted on Facebook as of 07:00 a.m. Kyiv time on July 9, 2019.
