The Ukrainian army has advanced one kilometer closer to the separatist-held town of Debaltseve in Donetsk region and taken new positions after Ukrainian troops had to repel attacks, according to volunteer who raises funds for the Armed Forces of Ukraine Yuriy Mysiahin.
