The Russian-backed pseudo-authorities in the parts of Donetsk region not under the control of the Kyiv government have announced a complete transition from the Ukrainian language into Russian language in all educational institutions located in the separatist-controlled areas of Donetsk region, militant leader Alexander Zakharchenko said, according to one of the pro-separatist online resources.
