United States Special Representative for Ukraine Negotiations Kurt Volker and U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch are visiting the area of the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) in Donbas, the east of Ukraine, according to the press center of the ATO Headquarters.
Their tour started with a visit to the “Donetsk” tactical force headquarters, the ATO HQ wrote on Facebook on Sunday, July 23.
