UNIAN: Volker names countries ready to send peacekeepers to Donbas

U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine Negotiations Kurt Volker has named a number of countries that are ready to send their troops to Donbas, eastern Ukraine, within the UN peacekeeping mission.
