UNIAN: Volker says Donbas special status and limited amnesty for militants among Ukraine’s requirements

United States Special Representative for Ukraine Negotiations Kurt Volker says Ukraine has own requirements adopted under the Minsk peace agreements on Donbas, they include, among other things, a special status and limited amnesty for Russian-backed militants, according to the Ukrainian news portal LB.ua.
