United States Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense Laura Cooper has arrived in Kyiv on a visit to discuss the modernization of Ukraine’s Armed Forces, the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine said.
“We welcome Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense Laura Cooper to Kyiv for consultations with Ukrainian officials to discuss Ukraine’s military modernization and Russia’s unacceptable and reckless aggression,” the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine said on Facebook on December 6.
