Kurt Volker, the U.S. Special Representative of Department of State for Ukraine Negotiations, and Marie Yovanovych, the U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine, have met with Ukrainian presidential candidate, showman Volodymyr Zelensky.
“Yesterday we met with Kurt Volker, the special representative of the U.S. Department of State for Ukraine Negotiations. Kurt is a brilliant diplomat and a friend of Ukraine. The meeting was important and informative. I was also glad to see Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch, with whom I have met several times before,” the Zelensky team said on Facebook on Wednesday.
The message states that during the meeting the parties “reached a full understanding on all issues.”
