A woman injured in the explosions at the Balakliya ammo depots over a month ago has died in hospital, the local edition ANT said, referencing the Balakliya district administration.

According to the local authorities, on April 25 the woman born in 1962 died in hospital, which admitted her on March 23.

Explosions at the 65th ammo depot (military unit No. 1652) in the town of Balakliya in the Kharkiv region began in the early hours of March 23. A woman was killed instantly, and three people were hurt. In the opinion of detectives, it was an act of sabotage staged by the use of unmanned aerial vehicles. Five populated localities had to be evacuated. The damage caused by fires and explosions has been tentatively estimated at about Hr 220 million.
