A delegation from the United States led by its Special Representative for Ukraine Negotiations Kurt Volker has visited the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) area in Donbas.
“During the visit Mr. Volker and U.S. Charge d’Affaires to Ukraine William Taylor met with the JFO commander, Lieut. Gen. Oleksandr Syrsky, who briefed them in particular on the current security situation in the JFO area,” the JFO press center said on Facebook on Friday evening.
The delegation also visited a checkpoint in Stanytsia Luhanska and talked to locals.
