You're reading: Vyshinsky’s lawyer collects necessary amount of money to pay bail on his case

Lawyer Andriy Domansky, who, in particular, deals with the protection of head of RIA Novosti-Ukraine Kirill Vyshinsky, managed to collect the necessary amount of Hr 192,000 to pay bail within the framework of the preventive measure chosen by the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv.

“Dear colleagues, friends and just people who helped! Thank you so much! The amount for the bail has been collected! Thank you so much again!” he wrote on his Facebook page on Friday.

As reported, on May 8, the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv chose Domansky a preventive measure in the form of a bail, which had to be paid before May 13. His family, colleagues and acquaintances announced a fundraiser to collect the necessary amount of Hr 192,000.

On April 5, press secretary of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Larysa Sarhan reported that Domansky had been announced suspicion of illegal privatization of the building in the historical center of Kyiv.

According to her, Domansky illegally privatized communal property in the Ukrainian capital in favor of an offshore company, after which he sold the building to a resident of Ukraine.

Domansky himself said that those investigative actions were pressure on him as a lawyer.
