House investigators on Nov. 6 released a transcript of the closed-door testimony of William B. Taylor Jr., the acting ambassador to Ukraine, who told lawmakers that military aid and a White House invitation for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky were conditional on Ukrainian investigations that could politically benefit President Trump.
