Water supply for the residents of Avdiyivka, Donetsk region, was restored in the city on Feb. 6 afternoon, the Ukrainian State Emergency Situations Service said.

The press service for the Ukrainian State Emergency Situations Service also said that all residents of Avdiyivka were provided a connection to the centralized electricity supply.

The operation of general education schools and kindergartens has resumed.

At the same time, there is still no energy supply in five populated localities in the Yasynuvata district, the villages of Tonenke, Sjeverne, Vesele,

Vodiane and Kamianka situated near Avdiyivka. Teams of power engineering specialists are involved in recovery efforts.
