Weapons seized in the annexed Crimea by Russian military are transported to occupied areas of Donetsk and Lugansk regions, two routes, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Defense Ministry of Ukraine has said.

“Two routes were used to deliver weapons from the occupied Crimea to occupied areas of  Donetsk and Lugansk regions invaded by the Russian Armed Forces: by water through the Sea of Azov and through the territory of the Russian Federation. The weapons supply is constantly controlled by Russian authorities,” the website of the intelligence service quoted representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate Vadym Skybytsky on January 29.

According to him, at first, this was done by representatives of the FSB and the Main Intelligence Directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces. Now, military of the Southern Military District of the Russian Armed Forces is supplying weapons to the occupied territory of the east of Ukraine.
