Former Georgian President and ex-governor of Ukraine’s Odessa region, Mikheil Saakashvili, who lost his Ukrainian citizenship last month, may enter the East European country only after receiving a visa, Ukraine’s senior prosecutor said on Friday.
“Any actions involving … an illegal border crossing give absolute legal grounds for bringing him to administrative sanctions,” Deputy Prosecutor General Eugene Enin wrote on Facebook.
