Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and his Azerbaijan’s counterpart Ilham Aliyev have agreed to deepen the strategic partnership between their countries during a phone call on April 12, Poroshenko’s press service said.
During the talks, Poroshenko congratulated Aliyev on his victory in the presidential election, according to a statement posted on the Ukrainian presidential website.
