Xinhua: Ukraine, Russia scrap about 10% of bilateral agreements since 2014 – report

Ukraine and Russia have scrapped about 10% of their bilateral agreements since their dispute started in 2014, the Interfax-Ukraine news agency said on April 4, citing a senior Ukrainian government official.
