Ukrainian presidential candidate and showman Volodymyr Zelenskiy has disclosed new requirements set by the campaign of his rival and incumbent President Petro Poroshenko to the debate at the Olympiyskiy Stadium.

The Poroshenko campaign has demanded that a second stage be built at the stadium, Zelenskiy said in his video address.

“Have you ever seen two candidates standing on two different stages anywhere in the world?” Zelenskiy wondered.

The stadium will have a fan zone for free access of the audience, he said, adding that the Poroshenko campaign had raised objections.

“Once again, they want to divide people. They are against free access of the public. But this is our main condition,” Zelenskiy said.
