Showman Volodymyr Zelenskiy, Batkivschyna Party leader Yulia Tymoshenko and incumbent President Petro Poroshenko lead among presidential candidates, according to the results of a Sociological Rating Group survey.
Some 17,1 percent of those polled said they would vote for Zelenskiy, followed by Tymoshenko – 11.9 percent and Poroshenko – 10.7 percent.
Civil Position Party leader Anatoliy Hrytsenko is among the top five candidates – 6.8 percent, followed by Opposition Platform – For Life candidate – 6.5 percent.
The survey was conducted from March 1 through March 7, 2018, among Ukrainians over 18 years old in face-to-face interviews. Some 5,000 respondents took part. The survey is representative by age, gender, region and place of residence. The margin of error does not exceed 1.5 percent.
