Zelensky: Elections in Donbas impossible in presence of military

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has said that elections in Donbas will not be held while the military is present there.

“We will prepare all the preventive measures. We will never go to the polls when there are soldiers there,” he said at a briefing in Kyiv on Oct. 1.
