Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky had a phone conversation with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, during which they discussed the state of preparations for holding the next round of the meeting of the strategic council co-chaired by the heads of the two states.
The press service of the Ukrainian president reported that Zelensky and Erdogan noted “the mutual commitment to strengthen cooperation in all areas”.
The importance of intensifying negotiations on the establishment of a free trade area (FTA) between Ukraine and Turkey was also stressed.
