After the next summit of the Normandy Four, Ukrainians held by Russia, in connection with the conflict in Donbas, may be released, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky believes.

“I do not believe in the release of ‘all for all, I believe that after the meeting from ten to twenty detainees or more people may be released,” Zelensky said at the Yalta European Strategy Forum in the YES Brainstorming 2021 format in Kyiv on September 10.
