Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky hopes to agree on the specific terms of the return of all Ukrainian captives, including those who have been not confirmed by the other party, but are on the Ukrainian side’s lists, during a Normandy Four meeting.

“For me, the most important is that we agree on the specific terms of the return of all Ukrainian captives. The captives, who were confirmed by the other party. It is also crucial that we find ways to return those people, who weren’t confirmed by the other party, but confirmed by our lists, because we have details, we recognize every surname,” he told journalists in Stanytsia Luhanska on Nov. 20.

Zelensky said he is in contact with the relatives of the captives, who are not on the list.

“This is why full understanding of the full specific list of our people with the terms of their return [is needed]. I would like to be aware of at least these dates,” he said.

The Normandy Four leaders are expected to meet in Paris on Dec. 9.
