Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has selected five candidates for the post of head of Odesa Regional State Administration and asked residents of the region to pick the best.

“Good day, Odesa! As I promised, I am asking you to advise me on the candidate for the head of the Odesa Regional State Administration. We picked five candidates. What do you say about these people,” Zelensky said on his Facebook on July 26.

Zelensky proposed Ukrainian Association of Recycled Metals and Resources head and businessman Andriy Andreychykov (already approved by the Cabinet of Ministers), social activist, volunteer, entrepreneur, founder and director of the Odesa Open European School Tetiana Petrakevych, Odesa City Council member, lecturer at the National University of Odesa Law Academy and French Boulevard Charitable Foundation Chairwoman Olha Kvasnytska; entrepreneur, owner and director of the investment company of Maksym Kutsy, lawyer and Odesa City Council of the 5th convocation member Maksym Boldin.
