Ukraine does not have a plan for regaining control over Crimea similar to the Steinmeier plan on Donbas, so the Ukrainian army should boost its fighting capabilities, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said.

“Currently, there is no such formula. This story is very complicated. You are aware that this, Ukraine, regrettably, I have to admit, regrettably, Ukraine won’t handle this alone.
