President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has said that the situation with the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic helped to reveal the problem of the healthcare system in Ukraine, which have been appearing an accumulating for years.
“Today, unfortunately, we are reaping the fruits of the “humiliation” of our Ukrainian healthcare system over all past years. And that is why we are working round-the-clock every day to provide our medical workers with all necessary means and equipment. We will overcome everything! First of all, thanks to them – our doctors. Thanks to your courage and strength,” he said in a video message on April 3.
