At least 60 events were held on March 6 in the UK to mark the Global Day of Action to support Ukrainians.
In the English Midlands city of Nottingham more than 200 people gathered in the city’s Market Square outside the Council House, which has been flying the Ukrainian flag.
Big rallies were also held at the weekend in London, Derby and Bristol. The London rallies were located at Trafalgar Square and close to the Russian embassy.
