On Sept. 10, at the opening of the annual large-scale OSCE conference in Warsaw, Michael Kozak, the Head of the American delegation, urged Russia to release Oleg Sentsov and the other Ukrainian political prisoners, as it was reported on the United States Mission to OSCE Twitter page.
As Radio Svoboda reports, Kozak also noted that Russian aggression in Ukraine contradicts all the ten basic principles of the Helsinki Accords, including the inviolability of the borders and territorial integrity of the state.
