Special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation shows signs of wrapping up. When it does, he will submit a report on his investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election and potential ties between the Russian government and the Trump campaign. That report, which is expected to be submitted sometime after next week, will be handed to Attorney General William Barr, who will then summarize it to lawmakers.
