TBILISI – Georgian doctors diagnosed three people with coronavirus over the past 24 hours, and the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases reached 1,216 in the country, the Georgian Health Ministry said on August 8.

According to the ministry, 7,166 people remain in quarantine and 282 people remain under medical supervision in hospitals. A total of 996 people have recovered from COVID-19 and 17 died.
