WASHINGTON – U.S. House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler said on April 21 that if the evidence shows that President Donald Trump obstructed justice in Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation, then it could be an “impeachable” offense.
