WASHINGTON – The internal watchdog at the US Justice Department said on Nov.15 he hopes to complete his review by early spring into whether the Federal Bureau of Investigation erred when it announced it was reopening its investigation into Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton’s emails ahead of the 2016 presidential election.
