The Telegraph: World pays tribute to Shimon Peres for ‘never giving up on peace’

American President Barack Obama led the world in paying tribute to Shimon Peres for “never giving up on the possibility of peace” as Israel mourned its former president and an outspoken voice for a two-state solution between Israelis and Palestinians.

The 93-year-old Israeli statesman died early on Sept. 28 morning, two weeks after suffering a major stroke.
