Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces (USF) struck multiple high-value Russian military targets, including a Su-33 and a MiG-29 fighter jet, eight radar complexes, an S-400 air defense division, and two surface-to-air missile systems.
According to Commander Robert “Magyar” Brovdi, Ukrainian forces engaged 11 out of 14 targets across Russia’s Rostov and Krasnodar regions, as well as in temporarily occupied Crimea.
In Vityazevo, located in the Krasnodar Krai, the USF struck the Su-33 and MiG-29 fighter jets alongside an “Orion” uncrewed aerial vehicle (UAV). Other targets in the Krasnodar Krai included a “Podlet” radar in Pryhybskyi, a “Kasta 2E2” radar in Shabelskoye, a “Pantsir-S1” anti-aircraft system in Yeysk, and an S-400 “Triumf” air defense position in Gelendzhik.
In the Rostov region, strikes hit a “Tor” surface-to-air missile system in Pudovyi, a “Nebo-U” radar in Dolotinka, a “Podlet” radar in Holovativka, and a “Kasta 2E2” radar in Latonove.
In occupied Crimea, Ukrainian drones targeted a “Nebo-U” radar in Sevastopol, a “36D6M” radar in Uiutne, and an “ST-68” radar in Yevpatoria.
Concurrent strikes on Russian aviation and logistics
The massive wave of drone strikes follows a series of confirmed operations targeting Russian military and economic assets over the weekend.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on Sunday that Ukrainian forces struck a Russian “ST-68” radar station in Yevpatoria. In the Crimean settlement of Chornomorske, the military hit a launch and storage site for Russian maritime uncrewed surface vessels, as well as a ground relay station used to control “Geran” and “Gerbera” attack drones.
The General Staff also confirmed strikes on Russian logistics depots in Dzhankoi, Crimea, and the village of Chaiky in Russia’s Belgorod region, alongside repair units in Dzhankoi and the temporarily occupied city of Kadiivka in the Luhansk region.
Additionally, President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed on Saturday that Ukrainian forces destroyed a Russian Su-24M aircraft and four pieces of aviation equipment at the Saky airfield in Crimea, alongside drone relay stations in Russia’s Bryansk region.
