Ukrainian scouts from the Viking Maritime Operations Center of the Main Intelligence Directorate (HUR) carried out a successful landing on the Tendrivska Spit in the northern part of the Black Sea, setting a trap for Russian military equipment.
According to HUR’s Telegram report: “[During} a successful raid on the Tendrivska Spit – fighters from the Viking Maritime Operations Center carried out another night landing and installed minefields on the spit.”
The Tendrivska Spit is a remote sandy strip more than 60 kilometers (37.5 miles) long on the Black Sea coast in the Kherson region, making it an ideal location for covert operations.
Released footage shows the special forces reaching their destination by sea, landing, and safely withdrawing, although Kyiv Post could not independently verify the time or location of the video.

During the raid, Ukrainian fighters destroyed a Russian DT-10 Vityaz tracked all-terrain vehicle, which its troops used to transport troops, weapons, and supplies.
“The special forces of Ukrainian military intelligence trapped the multi-purpose tractor DT-10 ‘Vityaz’ of the Russian occupiers… the tracked vehicle was destroyed. The fight against Russian logistics continues,” the HUR said.
The DT-10, an amphibious heavy-duty vehicle weighing nearly 28 tons, is built for extreme conditions in Siberia and the Far North. The PM modification used by Russian forces has armored protection, can carry up to 10 tons, and is powered by an 800-horsepower engine with a range of up to 700 kilometers (437 miles).
Earlier this week, Ukraine’s military intelligence carried out a special operation in Russia’s Far East against a marine unit accused of atrocities, sources told Kyiv Post.
The strike hit the 47th Separate Airborne Assault Battalion of Russia’s 155th Guards Marine Brigade, based near Shchytova in Primorsky Krai, over 8,000 kilometers (5,000 miles) from Kyiv.
The brigade has fought in some of the war’s bloodiest battlegrounds, including Kyiv, Vuhledar, Mariupol, Kursk, and Pokrovsk.
At around 9 a.m. local time on Sept. 16, two powerful explosions tore through a parking lot inside the military compound. Russian media downplayed it as a “gas equipment incident,” but Ukrainian intelligence insisted it was deliberate, with casualties reported.
Eyewitnesses described ambulances, helicopters, and heavy security in the area.
“The 155th brigade is notorious for its brutality against civilians and executions of Ukrainian prisoners of war,” the intelligence source said. “We expect obituaries to soon appear in local media and social channels in Vladivostok.”
