Dr. Jamil Hasanli is Chair of the National Council of Democratic Forces of Azerbaijan. He is an Azerbaijani historian and Senior Fellow at the Institute of Historical Research (SAS), University of London. His books on the history of the Cold War have been published by Harvard University Press.
