Kate Turska, MNZM, a New Zealander of Ukrainian origin, is Chair of the Ukrainian Association of New Zealand (North) and co-founder of Mahi for Ukraine. Since 2022, she has led national advocacy, humanitarian, and community initiatives supporting Ukraine. Recognised with New Zealand’s MNZM and Ukraine’s Order of Merit, she is a prominent speaker and commentator on the Russo-Ukrainian war.
