The Security Service of Ukraine has managed to get access to propaganda materials of its Russian counterpart on how the authorities should find new arguments to justify Russia’s ongoing war in Ukraine.
The article says that the stress has moved to making more videos about so-called Russian “heroes of liberation”, and airing the argument that the war is being waged so Ukrainian territories can be “handed over” to the Russian nation in the future.
