"According to our calculations, almost all of the territory of Ukraine, apart from the western regions, will face high temperatures of 40-42 degrees [Celsius] in August," Kulbida said at an Internet conference on Thursday.
He also said that the hot weather in Ukraine will continue until at least mid August.
