Tetyana acted on the highest profile English-law governed deals in Ukraine having advised on all aspects of the transaction on the ground in Kyiv.

Natalia Kushniruk was promoted to the position of Counsel and in her new role will continue leading the Real Estate practice. Nataliya has over 15 years of experience advising clients, including major international and leading Ukrainian developers, banks, private equity funds and embassies, on various aspects of property acquisition and development, land allocation and rezoning, real estate finance and mediation. She specialises in investment, development and large-scale project work. Clients have repeatedly remarked on Natalia’s impeccable knowledge of the real estate sector, professionalism and ability to provide solutions effectively while handling complex legal matters.
Khrystyna Korpan was promoted to Associate in the Banking and Finance practice. Khrystyna advises on banking and finance transactions including syndicated loans, restructuring of clients’ loan portfolios, pre-export finance, project finance and trade finance, as well as various regulatory issues related to capital markets. She advises international clients with respect to financing transactions in various sectors of the Ukrainian economy, including natural resources and agriculture.

Ihor Pavliukov was promoted to Lawyer in the Real Estate practice.
