“The faction has indeed made such a decision,” he said.
According to sources close to the faction, the faction members on Monday issued a statement in which they expressed their condolences to the families of those who were killed in clashes between protesters and police in Kyiv.
They called on the parties to the conflict to resolve all outstanding issues through early elections, including ones for Lviv Regional Council.
The Party of Regions faction in Lviv Regional Council consisted of ten people.
