EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Vice-President of the European Commission Catherine Ashton said this in a statement released on behalf the EU in Brussels on April 11.
She recalled that on March 17, 2014, the Council decided to impose a travel ban and freeze the assets of persons responsible for actions that undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.
