Russian Tu-95MS strategic bombers launched cruise missiles from the Caspian Sea area at around 2:30 a.m. Kyiv time, Ukraine’s Air Force reported.
“Cruise missile launches were likely carried out by Tu-95MS strategic bombers from the Caspian Sea area,” the Air Force said.
