The mobile operator Kyivstar, together with Rakuten Viber, is launching a new service for corporate clients – the distribution of Viber business messages, the operator’s press service said on August 13.
This service is a package of Viber business messages for customer notification, marketing communications and direct contact with the audience, the message reads.
Business-messages, in particular, allow the customer: add links and images, videos and business cards; contain up to 1,000 characters (maximum 160 characters are allowed in SMS); integrate via API with CRM and other company programs; receive monthly statistics and reports.
“I am confident that Viber helps many global brands make a profit, and this is another example of our success. Thanks to this new partnership, companies will now be able to communicate with their customers quickly and in a fun way using Viber business messages,” the press service quoted director on profit of Rakuten Viber Kristina Konstandake.
