Russian Forces Trying to Advance on Bakhmut, seize Vuhlehirska TPP

The Russians are conducting military operations in the Bakhmut direction to create conditions for advancing on the town of Bakhmut and to seize Vuhlehirska TPP.

This is stated in the latest report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine published on Facebook.

There are no significant changes in the enemy’s activity in Volyn, Polissya, and Siversky directions. The enemy fired tube and rocket artillery on the areas of Mykolaivka, Chernihiv region, and Volfyne, Yastrubyne, and Pavlivka, Sumy region.

In Kharkiv direction, the enemy inflicted fire damage on the areas of Mospanove, Petrivka, Ruski Tyshky, Bazaliivka, Pechenihy, Tsyrkuny, Pytomnyk, Dementiivka, Korobochkyne, and Prudianka.

In Slovyansk direction, shelling from tanks and artillery was recorded near Dolyna, Krasnopillia, Kostiantynivka, Chepil, Husarivka, and Adamivka.

In Donetsk direction, the aggressor fired tube and rocket artillery on the areas of Kramatorsk, Siversk, Serebrianka, Hryhorivka, Verkhniokamyanske, Spirne, Ivano-Daryivka with, launched an airstrike near Verkhniokamyanske, assaults the direction of Ivano-Daryivka. Fighting continues.

According to the available information, the command of the Northern Fleet of the Russian Federation takes preventive measures in connection with the very low level of military discipline in the units involved and planned to be involved in hostilities in the territory of Ukraine.
