Last weekend, 40 nations came together in Saudi Arabia to discuss peace in Ukraine. It was an effort spearheaded by President Zelensky in order to chorale global support for his own 10-point peace plan. Now the United Arab Emirates is also seeking to host another meeting to broker peace between Moscow and Kyiv. But how realistic is that prospect?
