Bill Cole is a prominent American public activist and tech executive from San Jose, California, who has dedicated much of his career to supporting Ukraine. Leveraging decades of high-tech business development experience in Silicon Valley, he actively engages with policymakers in Washington, DC and provides on-the-ground humanitarian aid. He is the Founder of the Peace Through Strength Institute. Alongside Senator Lindsey Graham and Pastor Mark Burns, he co-authored the Three Pillar Plan to secure a just peace in Ukraine through strength, deterrence, and enduring partnership. He has spent months on the ground in Ukraine and regularly briefs US lawmakers on what victory requires.
