A Russian drone struck a residential building in the southern Ukrainian city of Odesa on Tuesday afternoon, Dec. 16, according to videos circulating on Telegram.
The footage appears to show the moment the drone strikes the building, but no official information has yet been released regarding casualties, damage, or whether the drone exploded on impact.
