EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said Friday Russia’s reported strike on Ukraine using a new Oreshnik ballistic missile was meant to send a message to Europe and the United States.
Russian President Vladimir Putin “doesn’t want peace, Russia’s reply to diplomacy is more missiles and destruction,” Kallas wrote on X.
